I don’t think he’ll give the name of a player in the Hall of Fame. His beef is with major league baseball, not the players in the league.

In Vindicated, Canseco stated that Henderson was one of the best players he had seen and knew he hadn’t used PED’s. My plan is to do some research at the names in Cooperstown and try to decide for myself who the possible suspects could be.

I must admit knowing from the book that it wasn’t Rickey led me to believe that it could be Eck since they played together in Oakland, but I’m with holding my judgement until later on tonight when I get more time to look into it.

You’re right Chuck, I didn’t back anyone else up in the past. But honestly, moving forward (as I said after reading Juiced and Vindicated), I’ve decided that more than half the league used performance enhancing drugs at some point in their careers.

I’d be more surprised by names not on the list as opposed to the names on it. It was named the “steroid era” for a reason and I’m over it. Cleaning up the game now is a positive thing, but the past is the past. It’s time to move on.

I do support David Ortiz, Manny Ramirez and anyone else who used PED’s and is able to come forward and just say, “yeah, I did it too”. Which means yes Chuck, I do also support Alex Rodriguez. I still hate him as a Yankee, but support him as a player who used PED’s during this era in baseball.
