He did it to first expose MLB for allowing him to spread steroid use, then singling him out and banishing him from the league.The book was amazing, I suggest you read it if you haven't already. Very well written and a great read. It's too bad, but the guy (Canseco) really has never been wrong. I just think it's a shame to come out and sell everyone out only because he blew his money and knew writing this would get him some of that $$ back. That aside, I'm glad to know about it through him.
