In the Monday Night debacle that every Patriots and Jets fan alike thought was going to be the closest game ever turned out to be the 2nd highest margin of victory ever (42 points) on MNF. The Patriots destroyed the Jets 45-3. After all the hype, all the trash talk and all the slander, New [...]

We’re one round away from the Super Bowl! And who would have thought that the New York Jets would still be here, and better yet facing off in a rematch of the game that wasn’t a game against the Indianapolis Colts. For those of you who didn’t watch the meaningless week 17 game against the Houston Texans when Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker went down with a knee injury, later to be determined the ACL and MCL in his left knee, here is the video: As upsetting as it was at the time, anyone who has [...]

A quick post to talk about the Colts sitting Manning in today’s Jets game. Not much time to give my thoughts so here’s my thoughts in quick jot format. Colts don’t learn from Giants: Losses Do Not Motivate/Prepare for Playoffs First, look at this post’s title. Read it out loud. Doesn’t that sound absolutely ludicrous? [...]

To be honest, all of our main writers here at Sports Fan 4 experienced a bit of basketball and hockey withdrawal after both the Bruins and Celtics were eliminated from the playoffs. It’s why you haven’t seen much chatter here about either sport’s continuing playoffs excitement. But today, we’ll offset that a bit and focus [...]
