Sports Fan 4 is a sports blog that focuses on the four major Boston sports teams, the Bruins, Celtics, Patriots, and Red Sox. We also write about major national sports stories too. Sometimes, we'll also cover local high school, college, and other professional teams here in Boston. Currently, we have four writers publishing content for us. Check out their bios below.
We also accept guest posts with two links in your byline. Send Sports Fan 4 an e-mail with your post idea(s).
The Boston based Sports Fan Four
Josh Gans
Joshua writes for SportsFan4 to keep you informed about stories, games, matchups and more in professional sports today. He's been writing for the past six years and recently realized his passion and began focusing on sports writing. On April 8, 2008, he co-founded The 42nd Estate, a web media firm that offers freelance writing and social media consulting. Josh also occasionally write reviews for one of our other sites, Only The Internet's Best Reviews, where we review anything and everything.
At twenty-four years old, Josh Gans has played in and followed the sports world for the past eleven years and is a complete fanatic, especially when it comes to our Boston based sports. Going from hometown hero in Boston to dream pursuer, he moved from the high school ranks to Div. 3 NCAA football for Utica College from 2002-2006. Devoting all of his playing time to football he became a viewer and follower of the other major sports from that time on and now wants to help do the same for you.

Adam Pieniazek
Adam is the main editor and an occasional writer at Sports Fan 4. He's a complete web geek and has been actively involved in web communities since his first computer, a weak by current standards 200 Mhz Compaq Presario with a 33.6 K dial-up modem. You laugh now but Adam says his less powerful than an iPhone PC got him up and running just fine in 1996.
Adam Pieniazek was born and raised in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. He's a proud Bostonian and complete sports homer. He's also attended the University of Southern California, University of North Carolina, Northeastern University and University of Massachusetts at Amherst, making him a Trojans, Tarheels, Huskies, and Minutemen fan too. Adam played football for the Boston Latin Wolfpack for five years, club lacrosse for the USC Trojans for a year and club tackle football for the UNC Tarheels for a year.
Adam has a personal blog, Prose of a Pol, where he writes about Boston, business, Apple, and his bicycle adventures. He's also the main blogger at The 42nd Estate, writing about social media, blogging, and hitchhiking across the galaxy.

Eddie Skrzyniarz
Eddie is a writer and sometimes spell checker for SportsFan4. He is a member of the 42nd Estate and has also written occasionally for OTIBR. Eddie was born and raised in the Dorchester section of Boston, Massachusetts. Eddie attended the prestigious Boston Latin School and graduated in 2003 from Merrimack College with a Bachelors in English, where he watched the Merrimack Warriors, the worst hockey team in the Hockey East, lose consistently for four years to BC, BU, UNH, and every other team.
Aside from being a huge comic book and video game geek, Eddie is a die hard Boston sports fan, especially the Celtics and Patriots. Aside from having a giant man crush on Eddie House, Eddie is here to complement Josh's great work with the site and ready to cover a variety of topics in the sports world for our readers!
